St Mary's School is an IQM Flagship Centre of Excellence for Inclusion where each and every child receives Quality First Teaching. Class teachers use a range of adaptive teaching approaches and work closely alongside the Inclusion Team to ensure that the expected progress is being made.
Should evidence arise that a child requires extra support, parents will be notified and a strategy put in place. If it is necessary, children can be put on the Special Educational Needs (SEN) Register to help them get back on track.
Mrs O'Mullane is the Inclusion Team lead and SENDco, she is supported by Mrs Gordon, our Pastoral Support Manager. Both can be contacted on the school telephone line or via the school office.
