Forest school greetings from Jane and Freya

We are missing you all and look forward to getting back out into the woods.

While schools are closed, we will be posting a Forest School session every week for you to try out in your garden, in your yard or on your daily walk. The sessions will include facts, activities and some tree identification. The activities are for all year groups.

If you would like to make a Nature Journal (stick book) we have included instructions for a really easy homemade book using any paper you have at home and a stick. You can use it to jot down facts, finds and ideas, otherwise you can stick in photos or draw what you find or make. When school reopens you could bring your journals to show us. We would love to see them.

Remember, whatever the weather we can enjoy being outdoors.
