Year 5/6 Taylor Havana. Havana is the capital city of Cuba and has a vast and interesting history. The class have researched plenty of fascinating facts and information about Havana that will be displayed on our classroom wall.
Our IPC topic for this term is:
The Mayans - We will be studying how The Mayans, structured their civilisation, diet, games and hobbies, their Gods, rituals and beliefs as well as Mayan art.
The class have PE on Wednesday and Thursday afternoons. Children should be wearing black shorts and a white t-shirt.

Our class mass is on the 12th April 2016.
The children will be set homework using their Learning Logs. Children can choose which piece of homework they want to do on the sheet each week.

Our class will continue to take part in P4C enquiries. The children thoroughly enjoy these enquiries and have enriched their vocabulary with our P4C statements. Topics for discussion vary from 'Does everyone have to be unique?' to 'Is black a colour?'
