    Safeguarding at St Mary’s

At St Mary’s, the safety, wellbeing and happiness of every child are at the heart of everything we do. We are committed to providing a safe, nurturing and inclusive environment where every child feels valued, listened to and protected.

Safeguarding is everyone’s responsibility. Our staff work together to promote children’s welfare, recognise concerns early and ensure that every child receives the support they need to feel safe and thrive. We also help children develop the confidence to speak up, understand how to keep themselves safe and know who they can turn to for help, both in school and online.

We work in partnership with parents, carers and relevant professionals to ensure that children’s needs remain central to our decisions and actions.

If you have a safeguarding concern, please contact our Designated Safeguarding Lead (DSL) or a member of the safeguarding team. Telephone 0161 24 5995 or email: admin@stmaryslevenshulme.org.uk
